We understand your purchase may not be exactly what you wanted. You can return your item(s) within 30 days for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. In Order for your item(s) to be approved for return it must be unworn, unwashed, original tags still attached and in original packaging, not smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder, and be free of makeup or fake tan marks.

For Exchange orders, we only offer exchange for another size, exchange for another product and store credit.

*Returns may take up to 10 business days to be completed. The original delivery fee will NOT be refunded or given as store credit. Customers who received item(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery. Returned Items that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost. Please allow 1 to 5 days for the refunds to reach your method of payment.
