We provide a comprehensive and personalized service which begins with a one-on-one consultation with our founders to ascertain your uniform needs. Taking into account your venue's specific vibe and clientele, we work collaboratively to decide uniform design, fabrics and colour palette. We then provide uniform samples within 14 working days, where we then make tweaks and amendments from your feedback. Once the template pieces are finalized, we provide full uniform supply within 25-30 working days. Our service is all inclusive of design, fabric sourcing, manufacturing, personalized branding and anything else you require.
Initial consultation with our founders to ascertain your organization’s uniform needs. We will cover items such as your primary clientele, the aesthetic or mood of your physical venue or workspace, your time constraints, your colour palette, your fabric preferences, quantities, and any other design particulars.
All the information gathered during the initial consultation is then amalgamated into a visual mood board to display uniform options to match your brief. Within the mood board will be details of the fabrics required, piece measurements, logo and embroidery positioning and colour pantones.
Once the mood board has been agreed upon, we proceed to fabricate the sample pieces (one sample per different item required). Once fabrication begins, samples will be manufactured and delivered to you within 14 business days.
The first sample is fully covered by us, and no outlay of funds is required from you. Every additonal sample is $50 each.
Once samples have been been delivered, a second consultation will take place to record any amendments that you would like. Perhaps the hem on the pants was slightly too long, or the placement of a logo wasn’t quite to your satisfaction, all changes can be made at this stage.
When the samples have been finalized and are to satisfaction, we will do a final confirmation of the quantity of the bulk order and then begin manufacturing. The bulk order inclusive of all uniform pieces will be fabricated and personally delivered to you within 30 days*
NOTE *allow at least 2 months from initial consultation to final delivery of bulk order. This may extend if further lots of samples and amendments are needed.
